attached is the rubric of this assigment and the formatting example.the problem i would like to address is that in the surgery center i work the covid test will be necessary for patients doing surgery regardless covid vaccination status. The policy changed from -only non covid vaccinated patients have to present a negative covid 19 test within 72 hrs from the time the test was done unti the day of surgery or procedure.- now is changed to all patients having surgery have to present a negative PCR covid test regardless the covid19 vaccination status. the covid test have to be within 48 hrs from the time the test is done until the time of the procedure. preop nurses are responsible of informing the patients of policy change. this policy was changed because of the incindences of positive cases among vaccinated patients and the rise of positive cases . the policy will be effective immediately. patients who are not able to present a negative PCR covid 19 test, or covid 19 test come back positive will have their procedure posponed for 2 weeks after, but covid 19 test will not be neccesary to be redone if test came back positive and the patient would have 90 days window to re book the surgery until another negative test is required.please let me know if you need anythingi will put the business name and all that.Thank you!
