•“The Case of Duane” – Ch. 13 (p. 359) ◦Note. You should select a different case from the case selected in the Week Four Assignment.

 

Prepare a 10- to 15-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation analyzing the following pertaining to your selected client:

 

•Case history

 

•Risk reassessment

 

Client goals

 

Case manager goals

 

•Continued maintenance and monitoring

 

•Evaluate and address prevention for future problems

 

I need one slide for each highlighted portion with speaker notes and reference.  I have attached the case study with the instructions.
