We want you to practice identifying in-process and outcome metrics.
Directions:
1.Think of a process that you are familiar with at work, home, or school. Make that process into a short process map including 6-8 steps. Include a name or short description for the process (1 sentence)
2.Based on that process, identify 1 in-process metric and 1 outcome metric. Draw where you would measure each on the process map and include a brief description of what each metric is.
3.Finally, include a short paragraph (4 sentences or less) describing how you would measure the in-process and outcome measures.
4. ALSO, please respond to just 1 other student’s post. Do you have additional ideas on how they could measure that process? Or perhaps you have thoughts on other metrics they could measure? Please respond with a minimum of 3 sentences. Simply responding with just “Great job!” or “I think it has all been said” will not earn you full points.
