Activity- Class Meeting Handout
Part A: Students are to create a visually appealing handout flyer that they would provide parents that want to know more information on class meetings in their classroom
Students need to:
- Pick a hypothetical situation that may occur in their future classroom (dealing with different abilities, race issues, language issues, family structure issues, family circumstance issues, religion issues, extra).
- Provide statistics on the situation issues
- Address key issues needed in a class meeting dealing with this situation
- Address the importance of managing this situation
- Address anything else that would be important or helpful with the class meeting
Create a handout that you would give your parents in your future class. Make it informative, fun, has graphics, in color and visually appealing (typically only one page in length- can be front and back).
