Job Ad Values Analysis

Directions: Find an ad for a job you think you will be qualified for after graduation. Analyze the ad in the same way we did the ones in class. Do some research about the company or organization posting the ad. Now write a paragraph about the company values. Think beyond what the requirements of the job are. Answer the following questions in paragraph form:

1) What is the job title and brief summary of the job? What is the company? 

2) How does the company/organization portray itself? What are its values? 

3) What kind of people is the company really looking for? What characteristics/skills do they want for this job?

This should be at least three paragraphs and a copy of the ad included in your submission (you can copy/paste it into your Word doc).
