Introduction: What is thermal conductivity, what is the feature of biological material compared to regular material, what assumption that you can make in order to make the measure simple but realistic, for example, you can assume the chicken muscle is isotropic material etc.
Method and materials: In this part, you need to design a device (draw a sketch, a 3-D drawing will be great), indicate each part in the device and their functions etc., what kind of component is needed for the experiment. And then descript how to operate the device to get the test data.
Results and discussion: What results that you can expect through this device, how many tests (data points) should be performed in order to improve the accuracy. Is there any reference data available that your results can be compared with?
