Locate and take a free online assessment that uses the Big Five personality factors. You may also use the one located in Chapter 8 of the text. Each team member takes an assessment to gain a better understanding of their personality traits. To enable valid comparisons of results, each team member should take the same assessment from the same source.

Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper describing the team’s personality traits based on individual findings from the Big Five assessment tool. Include the following

Summarize the team’s results. Use a table to present the data to make comparisons easy to see.
Determine how the information from the Big Five assessments and the underlying principles of trait theories can be applied to create better team work.
Examine the reliability and validity of personality measurements in general. Did team members feel that their assessments were accurate? Explain why or why not.

Include an introduction and conclusion, and cite at least two academic sources other than your textbook. General web sources are not appropriate for this assignment.
Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.
