Write a 2-3-page summary (bullet points optional) expressing your ethics-related leadership and actions after completing the assessment. Critically analyze areas in which you are on strong ethical ground, areas that you may wish to examine the basis for your responses, and opportunities for further reflection. Critical analysis will include:· Review of your responses, noting which questions you answered “usually,” “occasionally,” and “almost never.”· Notice any red flags where your responses may not be compatible with the ACHE Code of Ethics.· Consider one case example where you have noted in the self-assessment that you may benefit from altering your ethical foundation to assist in addressing challenging, ethical conflicts.· Describe an action plan you may use to enhance your ethical practice and leadership as it pertains to the case example noted above.
