Please read the case carefully and use the format indicated below.
You should think in terms of a brief interview with the decision-maker. What does s/he have to know?
Papers should be at least 1000 words, single-spaced in 12 font (put financials or other analyses in exhibits and refer to them in the body of your paper).
1. Be sure to address the case issues in your analysis and recommendations.
2. If you know what happened to the company, it is effectively irrelevant. It does not mean that the company made the right decision. Learn to make your own analysis.
3. Stick to the case evidence: no outside research, no stories of personal experiences with the product or company, no change in time frame.
4. Opinion is not analysis. Support your conclusions with information from the case.
