  • Begin to gauge time and energy needed to expend on the team tasks.

Stage 2: Storming — introduction of conflict/disagreement between team members

  • Opinions will differ in how to accomplish goals.
  • Successful teams are able to deal with task and relationship conflict effectively.

Stage 4: Performing — commitment to goals as well as one another leads to highest levels of performance
