Literature Review

As students graduate from various institution, they leave in the academic settling and thrust into the real world situations which is faced with real world problems. Most of predicament facing the youth is they do not have the necessary skills which is able to solve some of these problems. Therefore, it is good to locate, interpret and gather information and formulate a decisive actions which is essential in compiling some of conflict in real world. Some of these considerations have been dedicated to the study of problem-solving. More so there are multiple studies and research deployed to look out for factors that may intervene in the progress of problem-solving majorly on ‘cognitive processes’ which are highly involved in problem-solving techniques. The essay will express on cognition focusing on action and perception, which influence some of the human behavior. Cognition processes influence human behavior through multiple options that align with general and improved interaction. The goal of this literature review is to discover cognition and how cognition processes majorly have an influence on human behavior. Most of these processes for them to be valid one has to undergo further research, which depicts the history of cognition. An example is the study by Kafadar (2012) that expresses that in problem-solving, there are cognition processes and models which majorly structure on the nature of human behavior. Some of considered models include firming the alternative hypothesis, recognition and testing to obtain functional results before a solution is obtained. The cognitive model used in this article depicts a general understanding of cognitive stages that are currently in problem-solving. They also express the real-world situation, which is a review of changes involved in issue solving and especially on human behavior.

Kafadar (2012) has given some articulation of various assessment like survey which currently align with cognition and research gap where in his article, there is the involvement of participants who have given an opinion on the verbal protocol of cognitive processes. Most of the information/data presented by participants shows that for one to obtain a general understanding of how problem-solving works, there is a need for a follow assessment that evaluates some of the issues. It is an analysis that has ensured that full control of problem-solving techniques is obtained on human behavior. Various researchers have used a combination of strategies which produce the cognition processes, and this has been of more significant idea towards the nature of human being. According to Goldstone & Pizlo (2009), various perspectives have been deployed in response to problem-solving and the concept of cognitive psychology. Most of the participant’s interaction in the article has shown the importance of human ability on some of the problem-solving issues. The article goes further to explain how various machines which are more of human forms are involved in problem-solving with statistical analysis. An example of one of problem solving express shows that human behavior has to focus on training, which is used as one of the continuous processes for a better understanding of limits and rules of problem-solving techniques. Some of the interpretation needs the approval of human nature as a follow up is required to obtain a functional solution to some of setting up problems.

Various authors have administered that emphasis on problem-solving needs some frame of techniques which are fundamental in human cognitive processes. Wang & Chiew (2010) have shown that the nature of problem-solving needs interaction with various cognitive processes such as decision making, synthesis, searching, and inference, among others, which are highly depicted in daily human interaction. Therefore, the use of cognitive processes has various influence on the real world and human behavior as it can find a solution and path towards some challenging views which are being set by a human being. It is good to be proper and be consistent on various problem-solving performances that depend on human career and cognitive involvement. According to Nurdyansyah &Bachtiar (2017), multiple alternatives are integrated into creating new models of learning. Most of its analysis has cossetted like science in solving some of the problems. Nurdyansyah & Bachtiar (2017) has considered the link and research gap that exists and depict on various cognitive processes. An example is the integration of various human and ethical issues, which is more of Islamic nature and depiction of science. The information presented has validated that for human nature to be united on multiple problems. There is a need to have a diverse thinking capabilities on the view of the world and have fewer scientific changes.

Based on Wang & Chiew (2010), emphasize of problem solving is considered as being one of fundamental human cognitive processes in the real world situation. Therefore, problem solving mostly interacts with cognitive processes such as decision making, inference and synthesis among others to give the general basis of knowledge. Through that various ethical issues might arise which enables in faster solution towards most of general relationship between the set goal of a solution and its alternative outcome. However, there is expression of foundational understanding, which currently lies in the cognitive psychologist to give a strong emphasis like human experience and dependency on the environment. Van Horik & Madden (2016), Nurdyansyah & Bachtiar (2017) have presented on the right prediction, which hypothesizes and ridicule some of the plans. Some of these express the knowledge and relation which is working in various human influence. Therefore, it is useful to involve problem-solving in different cognitive processes to obtain an easy optimal solution. With current changes, it has been clear that the progress of technology and mathematical analysis are some of the research designs which has an interest in the cognitive process. Any human behavior idea on problem-solving has to be reviewed based on the application of analysis and change incurred in the real-world outcome.

The literature review has critically given various research designs which express and depict on research questions. Some of the research designs which have been fully deployed in this research are descriptive and correlational analysis which are mostly expressed using mathematical techniques. Most of these are based on observation and various surveys, which were predicted by multiple participants. There is also some naturalist approach that is being expressed by Rysuek (2010), which states that cognitive processes and problem-solving need an intelligence approach that will validate the dominance on most of the human behavior. The focus of correlation is expressed in the various mathematical analysis, which ensures that a well-defined and logical outcomes are obtained. Wang & Chiew (2010) represents ethical issues under different identification. An example, is where we can see problem-solving being identified. There is a need to give a search process that generally finds a solution regarding the relationship between the alternative outcomes and set a goal of the solution. Therefore, the use of cognition is expressed using real time processes and other mathematical models, which reveals the process as being layered in various regions.

Eichmann, Goldhammer, Pucite, &Naumann (2019) show that most of the ethics on problem solving and cognition align with changes of a solution that are expressed in the research gap and question posed. An explanation is given, which shows that planning activities are mostly complicated if we deploy problem-solving techniques as they always operationalize on various behavioral measures. Most of this is indicative of nature and shadow of the real-world are there plans results from highly twined views. Overall, the expressed example of ethical issues ties with historical context on ethics.

Research design

The literature review has shown various ways in which problem-solving can be deployed with the cognitive processes in human behavior. Some of expressed research design include synthesis and decision making among others which express that problem solving in cognition is mostly evaluated using mathematical techniques. In that case, most of the ideas in the research gap are dedicated to the study of problem-solving in real-world situations. Problem-solving has been considered as vast and widely involved perception and action. Therefore the research gap shows out the various studies which have given emphasize on problem-solving and also improve the general integration with some of the cognitive process. The research gap has also expressed out that problem solving lacks the techniques to most of people in real world situations. Inference and settling of decision in cognitive processes is not fully expressed as there are some assumptions in various mathematical expressions. However, multiple directives are being used and reveal the general nature of problem-solving techniques and the interaction of numerous people. Most of demonstration on issue solving has enhanced human behavior understanding and draws out different possible solutions. The research question for this review is stated,

What relationship does problem solving have on cognitive process? What are some of solution obtained from verdict and judgment of the problem solving?

The research question has fully give a total relationship and influence in various problem solving skills which have comparison with cognitive processes. To fully judge and make some valid understanding it is good to express our cognitive abilities based on idea of decision making made. This needs computation analysis which mostly the nature of human possesses as being one of merits insights and express the research question in a perspective manner. Apparent, various ethical issues are used in this research as expressed in various forms. There is a presentation that is based on trial and error method and other types of learning (Van Horik & Madden, 2016). This gives us consistent evaluation, which depicts individual differences and infers changes in cognitive processes. There are ethical precautions which have been considered in problem solving with a role of presenting the information and activities in a cognitive manner and in diverse thinking. It is good to be persuasive which is done by knowing some of change in persuasive and logical thinking as expressed in learners interaction. Overall, the various articles have given an expression of how cognition and cognitive processes might be used in problem-solving to give nature of ethical depiction.
