These forms should include daily reports, permission forms, newsletters, and any other documents that your center provides. Then, observe the verbal communication between caregivers and family members at both drop-off and pick-up times for at least three (3) days.Part 1: Narrative Form EvaluationWrite a narrative that evaluates the parent communication forms.
