For this assignment, you’ll use at least three (3) forms that your center uses to communicate with their families. These forms should include daily reports, permission forms, newsletters, and any other documents that your center provides. Then, observe the verbal communication between caregivers and family members at both drop-off and pick-up times for at least three (3) days.Part 1: Narrative Form EvaluationWrite a narrative that evaluates the parent communication forms. When referring to the forms, make sure to be specific as to which form you’re discussing. Be sure to incorporate detailed answers to the following questions and directives into your essay:• Describe the purpose for each form.• Are there any changes you would make to any of the forms provided by the center? If so, to which forms and why? If not, what makes the forms complete in your opinion?• How often is each form to be distributed? Do you feel they’re circulated when they should be? If not, how often should they be distributed?• Are there any forms that the center doesn’t provide that you feel would be beneficial? Why or why not?Part 2: Narrative Verbal Communication EvaluationBased on what you’ve observed, write a narrative that describes the center’s daily verbal communication with family members. Also, be sure to evaluate the interactions and incorporate detailed answers to the following questions inyour essay:• In your opinion, based on what you’ve learned throughout your course work, what are the caregivers’ strengths when it comes to verbal communication? What are their weaknesses?• Are there any pieces of information that were only conveyed verbally you feel should have been provided in a written format?• Give three (3) changes to the center’s daily verbal communication that you would implement if it were your classroom.
