Hello, please I need to write a formal report and executive summary. I will like the idea to be ” child welfare support” and the audience will be the stakeholders. I want it to look like something from my job , I do not want any online resources or online references. But I will tell you a little bit of my experience at work as a child care worker so this can help you to write the report. I worked for Child Welfare Administration, and the facility where I work is a temporary place where the kids stay temporary when they are being removed from their home, before they go to final placement. But the problem is sometime due to allegation of abuse, they remove some kids with disability from their homes, meanwhile , the temporary facility don’t have trained people and the right equipment to work properly with those disable kids. So my own suggestion is that child welfare should not remove kids from their home for the allegation of endangerment , and at the same time in their own facility they’re putting their life in danger because of lack of equipment and professionals. So now I believe you know what this report should be about. 4 to 5 pages. We have to label the “Formal Report” and “Executive Summary” to differentiate. Thanks!
