Select a group or population that often encounters health disparities. You will then identify important social determinants of health that may contribute to the health disparities in this group. Finally, you will propose a public health policy, program, intervention, or strategy aimed at reducing the impact of COVID 19 in the group or population that you have selected. Please remember that social determinants of health are often related to geography/locale. Therefore, you do not necessarily have to undertake a nationwide intervention (for example, the population could be the New Orleans or Louisiana Latino Community, which would benefit from different interventions than the San Diego Latino Community).
