This paper should contain a Executive Summary of your plan(s)/recommendations followed by the more detailed discussion of the topics.
Your Talent Management Plan, Retention Plan and Recommended Performance Management System should include a discussion/overview of the legal issues involved, a discussion of the process for determining a job and the requirements/qualifications/competencies required of a candidate for each of the jobs you identified above, a discussion of the labor supply in your market for these positions, your recruiting and selection plans and onboarding/training/development plans for each of the 3 positions.
Another section of your paper should discuss the turnover issues in your selected organization and your recommended plan to improve employee retention.
Finally, drawing from our study of Performance Management, your Paper should identify key objectives to be achieved from a performance management system, your evaluation of your organizations existing performance management system’s effectiveness in achieving those objectives and your recommendations with respect to changes to the existing performance management system.
