Describe a specific real-life HRM challenge (from your own personal experience OR secondary sources)
Identify and explain a concept, model or theory from the textbook that can be applied to the management challenge
Discuss how this model or theory applies to the real-life management challenge
The concept, model or theory used for this assignment must come from Chapters 1, 2, 3 and/or 4.
The paper should be between 800 and 1200 words and formatted as per the School of Business’s guidelines. More details on the specific expectations and grading criteria for the individual assignments can be found in the rubric.
