I am arguing in favor of white privilege is prevalent in society.
This assignment will help you greatly with the next assignment (research paper/documented essay). I have attached an assignment sheet for the research paper. You will select a topic from the list and construct a “working” annotated bibliography. The reason I added “working” to the title is because you may decided to replace one or two of your sources before submitting the final draft of your research paper/documented essay. 2 of your sources will have to come from the text book; I listed the articles you will have to use with the topics. The other 3 articles can be a book or articles from the AVL (Alabama Virtual Library). You can access the different databases by clicking on “Library Services.” Then click on “Databases by Subject.” Academic Premier is a great place to start. If you need assistance, the lab assistants in the writing center or the Calhoun Library Staff will be more than happy to help you. You can save your sources to a USB device, print them, or email them to yourself. The sample MLA annotated bibliography I attached is from the 9th edition of the Writer’s Reference; however, the information is the same. Remember your annotated bibliography should only consist of three credible sources. After you list your bibliography information, sum up the article/source in a well-developed paragraph (no more than ten sentences per paragraph). Tell how you will use this source in your essay.
