ORDER YOUR PAPER AND GET QUALITY FOR YOUR MONEY

Conflict Topical Paper #1 (50 points)This paper should be double-spaced, 12 pt. font for ease of reading…other than that, hit between 1000-1500 words total and keep the responses roughly the same length – submit via Canvas by Wednesday, May 25th by midnight. This paper should be two sections:1) Identify your primary conflict style/communication option. Did one jump off the page to you about yourself as you read them? Then, discuss how you have seen that present itself over the past couple of years…especially during this unusual time we’ve experienced recently either at home or in Waco/Baylor. This will be having to think retrospectively, but did your primary style help/hurt you? Did you strategically (or unknowingly, at the time) flex into a DIFFERENT style. What was the outcome? Taking a metaconflict perspective, would an outcome have gone differently (in a positive way) if you had strategically used a different communication option? Since conflict is frequently available to us, have you already encountered a situation in which you have strategically chosen (or not chosen but again, seeing that you should have) a different option?2) Write about any stress you have experienced during the past two year Covid-era. Identify whether the situation would be classified as a eustress, distress, hyperstress, or hypostress situation (perhaps several have been/were present) and why. Your response should include and describe the sources of conflict (1st lecture), the sources of stress in the situation, and how you (and perhaps the other person(s)) coped with the stressful situation – you can integrate aspects of chapter 8 where helpful. Finally, all papers should include an ABC approach, as described by our text, to improve or fix the stressful event. If the event has already passed, you may need to take a meta-conflict/retrospective look and examine through the lens of an ABC approach how the event could have been improved if the approach had been used.**This paper will be due Wednesday, May 25th by midnight**
