I’m having a hard time coming up with the right words to approach Influencers online for a Collection collaboration for my upcoming spring/summer collection for my clothing brand. I am honestly tired of not getting a response. It’s very important to me to get these Influencers to respond to me. I feel as if I’m not sending the right attractive messages out to them. I need help with writing the best email/letter proposal possible so that there’s no ignoring. I can’t accept no for an answer. Please help me write the perfect email out for social media Influencers. Here’s my idea: I want to collaborate with several Influencers to help bring positive light to my brand. I’ve had this brand for almost two years now and I need help from Influencers to bring some sort of attention to my brand. By collaborating with them; I’ll receive huge amount of sales and a lot more recognition online. I have seen many brands online grow extremely fast by their collaborations with Influencers. I just never had any luck with them and I feel it’s because of what I’m writing in these emails.
I also need help with creating a contract agreement with these Influencers because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past and I’m scared of making the same mistakes again. I need a contract agreement where we both sign and have for records in case anything goes wrong.
Here is a sample of what I pre wrote in my notes to give you an idea of what I’m planning on doing. I want them to get super excited and not even think of declining. I want to make it sound fun and exciting.
My idea is basically to come out with about 20 new items for the spring/summer 2019 collection. And collaborate with at least 3-5 different Influencers with strong fan bases. Each influencer will basically have 5 items that they will be the face of for that collection. So it will basically be dedicated to them example: let’s say my brand name is “Joahnia” and the influencer name is Sarah. The collection will be called “Joahnia x Sarah Collection” and their fans will shop from their collection. They will be required to do a Photoshoot in the items and wear the items and post on their accounts. They will be responsible for announcing the collaboration with their Instagram followers and get their followers to be excited. We will have a launch date countdown to get the fans excited about the launch and also I want to do a mini pop Up Shop tour with each influencer so they can connect with their fans in person. So after the online launch we will go on tour a week later to 3 different cities depending on which cities have their highest fan base and have a pop Up Shop meet & greet where the fans will get to meet then take pictures and shop their collection in person.
