Draft policies addressing the employer’s compliance with FLSA, workers compensation, unemployment compensation regulations, and ERISA. Include procedures for reporting FLSA violations internally. In addition, include procedures for reporting workers compensation accidents and injuries.
As with other weeks, use the Internet, form books, and other sources for research, but draft your own policies.

Revise the policies based on the facilitator’s feedback. You will need to submit the revised polices as a part of the final employee handbook in Week 5.
