Scenario:

- He advises you that you have 25-30 minutes to present the idea to the CIO of the organization. Since agile is new to the organization he believes the organization should ease into the transition with a blend of traditional plan driven approach and adaptive agile development.

- Develop a presentation that will explain the adaptation of this new style of project management.
- Highlight the methodology, risk, challenges, changes, management, and culture differences that will be encountered.
- Included governance challenges and highlight the new role of these 10 project mangers and what specifically they will be doing.
- Talk about how you plan to overcome these challenges and provide an estimated time line for the transition. Your organization is a Matrix Environment. They specialize in designing custom software / code for customers that deal with needs in: case assignment, work-flows, ane call center needs. They have over 15 key customers they support.
