Self-Assessment and Global Leadership Development Paper is 80% of the assignments grade and it must be 5 pages or more. My test results and the link to the tests are also on the word doc. The PP slides are more information about the trialogue survey I completed. You must write the paper and do the assignment BASED ON MY TEST RESULTS!!!!
When writing the paper, make sure every paragraph is CLEAR with a: Introduction, Assessment Instrument Analysis, Reflection, Leadership Development Plan, and a Conclusion!!!
– While doing the assignment, you MUST MESSAGE ME and ask me questions about myself in order to complete some parts of the paper. For example: the development plan and other questions.
– Do a presentation FOLLOWING THE PP GUIDELINES on the word doc. It is 20% of the paper!!!!!!
– LOOK AT THE RUBRIC!!!
– WRITING/GRAMMAR IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!
