Determinants of health and factors that increase the risk for poor health outcomes are examined. Collaborative partnerships, clinical prevention, information systems, and interdisciplinary methodologies to promote equitable population health outcomes will be explored. Students will reflect on their personal strengths and consider implementation strategies to address population health needs in their DNP scholarly project.Course Credit: 3 credit hoursClass Time: Primarily asynchronous.
