You are covering taxes, not cap and trade. RGGI is not a tax program. It is cap and trade. This is not your topic.

Also, you are covering carbon tax in other countries, NOT US. My comment from progress report #1 says: “organize by main points and subpoints. Make sure you indicate in title that you are covering carbon tax in other countries and not US.”

Too many words on slides. Reduce to main points and add visuals like graphs, tables and photos.
