I would be curious to understand more about the language discrimination issue that you discuss. Were there any reasons given as to why prospective employees who do not have English as their primary language were discriminated against? Were there difficulties presumed interacting with customers or was it strictly discrimination based upon the hiring staff? What type of questions, if any you think should be allowed to be asked in regards to language skills?
