Week 7 Discussion“Health.” Please respond to the following: READ AND COMPLETEClass, please review carefully and complete the following four (4) tasks in the Main Discussion. It is important to remember that very short responses are NOT sufficient. At this point in the course, all students should have a good grasp of substantial responses in all discussion tasks. If needed (please review the Weekly Discussion Guide, Examples and Grading Rubric (located in the Course Info section and the SOC 300 Student Course Guide).TO DO!) Based on the WeeK 7 Lecture and Webtext materials, address the following:1) Describe (in detail) your understanding of the north / south divide as it relates to the health of populations in developing counties.2) Determine specific steps (explain in detail) — aside from building more clinics — that the leadership in developing countries can take to improve their health care systems and, as a consequence, the health of the population.3) RESPOND to at least one (1) post from your peers.4) WEEK 7 INSTRUCTOR INSIGHTS REQUIREDClass, this week’s topic is one of the most important that we will discuss during this entire course–HEALTHCARE. At some point in our lives we will need some form of health care. In developed countries, there is access to health care for everyone–of course the level of care does depend on whether you have health insurance or enough money to cover health care expenses. In many developing countries such as India, people with money have access to health care much more readily than poor people. In addition, health care in India is not as tightly regulated in many areas, leaving the poor to deal with inadequate or even predatory health care “professionals.”TO DO!) Please review and post your thoughts about this very important topic. There are many differences between the north and the south as it relates to health.First, almost everyone in developed countries have access to quality healthcare. Medical professionals in developed nations are certified and are properly educated and knowledgable about medicine. All of our children have access to proper vaccinations and there are adequate facilities around to handle the community’s medical needs. Unlike children in the south, large populations of northern children do not suffer from preventable diseases because most of the people living in developed countries get their children vaccinated. People in developed nations also do not have to walk several miles to the nearest clinic or hospital only to potentially wait for days before they can been seen by a doctor. 2) Determine specific steps (explain in detail) — aside from building more clinics — that the leadership in developing countries can take to improve their health care systems and, as a consequence, the health of the population.I think the leadership in developing countries can start with requiring those who operate medical facilities be certified to do so.These certificates should bestate issued and present in the their place of business before they can provide any type of medical service. The text indicated that many of the doctors make illnesses worst because they don’t know what they are doing. Hopefully this will encourage the public to look for this documentation so that they can be sure they are receiving medical advice from a qualified individual. They can also make sure enough quality staff is available in the clinics to address peoples needs more timely. No one should have to wait days to see a nurse or doctor. 4) WEEK 7 INSTRUCTOR INSIGHTS REQUIREDClass, this week’s topic is one of the most important that we will discuss during this entire course–HEALTHCARE. Please review and post your thoughts about this very important topic.I personally thought the video was very sad. It reminded me of the simple things we take for granted here in the US. Many of us don’t have to walk miles to see a doctor. You literally had people lying in the street with serious medical issues who could not be seen because they had no money. Their government has failed them. I believe if the government can not produce an economy where people can earn a livable wage to afford healthcare, it should be provided (for free) by the government. Because it not only affects that individual, the long term affect impact the economy of the nation which ultimately keeps the country forever stuck in a health trap. At some point the government has to invest in the health of the poor to move the country forward economically.  Do you need a similar assignment done for you from scratch?
