The objective of this discussion is to: “Explore the strategic management of stakeholder relationships.”For this discussion, identify three stakeholder issues for an organization you work[ed] for or are familiar with. You do not need to name the organization if you don’t want to but mentioning the industry and/or other characteristics of the organization can help to put your post in context. For each of the three issues, identify the stakeholders and where you think it belongs on the stakeholder materiality matrix (L & W, p 32) and why. Identify what stage of the business-stakeholder relationship (L & W, p 38) you believe each stakeholder relationship is in (if you don’t know then speculate with your reasoning). Suggest ways to deepen these stakeholder relationships and/or manage these each of these issues.You are required to post an initial post and reply to at least one other student post. Feel free to substantively reply to more than one post. You are required to post your initial post before being able to see other student’s posts. The initial post should be about 500-600 words or more and include references if using other sources than the Lawrence and Weber text.
