The purpose of this paperis the help the student understand the differences in Leadership andManagement.  A second purpose is to help students to begin writing in APAformat 7th edition.  Please follow the specific steps in writingthis paper.  Before beginning, you will need to read chapters 1and 2 of the Leadership and Management textbook by Marquis and Huston (2021),then follow the instructions below to create your paper. The paper is worth 25points, see the rubric below.APAguideYou will use your textbookonly one time in each paragraph if needed (except the conclusion) andmust also include at least 3 evidence-based practice (EBP)references and a reference for a theorist in this paper.Use Google Scholar,Pubmed, or CINAHL to complete your search for references (DO NOT USE GOOGLE)..This paper will besubmitted to Turn it in Automatically when it is uploaded to the Assignmentsite.  Please MAKE SURE TO VIEW YOUR TURN IT IN REPORT. A scoregreater than 10% will not be graded.This paper is related toChapter 1 or 2 in your textbook.Choice #1 -Decision-making, problem-solving, and theories to guide a new leader.Choice#2 – Key differences between Leadership and Management and theories to supporteach one.Step 1. Thepaper must have a Title Page as per Student Paper found in the APA 7th editionbook pages 61-67.Step 2. Thispage #2 and should have a title that is bolded andcentered at the top of the page. The first paragraph will have yourintroduction telling the reader what your paper will be about. There shouldbe a “purpose statement” telling the reader why you arewriting this paper. Give a quick overview of the topic thatwill be covered. Include a reference to the textbook in that first paragraph(not the name of the textbook, just (Marquis & Hutson, 2021).Step 3. Thesecond paragraph will also be on page 2; The Header should be bolded. You may use your textbook one time as a reference in this paragraph and alsoinclude at least one or two evidence-based articles to discuss key featuresthat are related to the topic you choose to write about.  Becareful to use your own words and not copy from the text.  Noquotes are allowed from any articles or from the text. You may usepersonal experience but will need to state that this is your experience as perAPA book describes.Step 4. Onpage 3, the first paragraph should have a bolded header. Thendiscuss one of the theories related to the subject you are writing about. Make sure to use a primary reference to support the theory youchose (cite only the last name of the theorist and the year). Most of these references should be found at the backof the chapter where this theorist discussion is found.Step 5. On page 3 the last bolded header will be Conclusion and shouldinclude one paragraph summarizing the subjects that you have discussedwith no references or new material.Step 6. On page 4 will be a bolded header called References.  Thereshould be at LEAST 5 references (1-textbook, 3- evidence-based articles,1-theory reference). Remember that a primary reference is writtenby the theorist you have chosen.  Most of these references should be foundat the back of the chapter where this theorist discussion is found.Step 7. Reviewyour paper carefully by using the Review function in Microsoft Word (lookat the ribbon at the top of the Word document called Review). Click on this andopen up the Speech tab just beside the Proofing tab.  Thiswill read your paper to you so as to make sure it sounds correct and that nowords are left out or misspelled.   This paper should be written inTimes New Roman font, very succinctly, and should not go over 2 pages of textwith a title page and a reference page (4 pages total) as described in theinstructions.Professional writing getsto the point and does not include personal opinions, or slang language. It isnot Creative writing but Professional writingStep 8. You may consider downloading Grammarly.com to your computer. There is a goodfree version and a more extensive version for pay. This program will show youany grammar, spelling, or punctuation errors that you may have missed while thepaper is read to you through the Review function in Word.Step 9. Thispaper will automatically be sent to Turn it in (a plagiarism detection site)automatically when you submit the paper to Canvas.  You MUSTreview the Turn it in report before you are finished with this assignment.
