THIS is a two-part assignment. Discussion 1 and Assignment 1. Please separate the two and cite your sources, using the APA 7th ed.Developing a good research question is the first step in the research process. The research question will guide the research and influence the construction of a logical argument about the topic. Your research question should be focused, researchable, specific, complex and most of all relevant to management. Research questions anchor your project and will continue to be refined as you go through the research process.Activity InstructionsIn this Discussion, you will share your preliminary dissertation focus and research question(s) with your classmates for feedback.Review the projects from your specialization courses and select the most promising one as your preliminary dissertation focus.Describe your focus using the framework established in the specialization courses (theme, topic, issues) and support your summary with at least one scholarly source at each level. Write one overarching research question followed by a preliminary list of either hypotheses or secondary research questions. Justify your research question(s) by explaining how they support your research focus. (250–350 words.)NotesYou may use the work from your specialization course project as a starting point but are expected to critically review it and make improvements where possible, keeping in mind that you are now working toward your dissertation as opposed to a course project. If none of your specialization projects seems suitable for your dissertation, you may select an entirely different focus. However, please note that this will significantly increase your effort. This is just a starting point. You may revise your focus and research questions later on.If you feel unprepared to select a focus for your dissertation at this point, don’t worry. Simply select a focus that might work and use it to practice the process in this course.
