The Course Petition
A course petition is the component of the Portfolio in which you will demonstrate that your learning is equal to college-level learning. This is your chance to show that the learning you have gained from years of working and participating in various learning activities is worthy of college credit. It is your opportunity to show just how much you have learned over the years and to make that learning count toward the completion of your college degree.
- Many students feel more comfortable with some Course Petitions than others. Which of your own credit requests do you think is the strongest and why?
- Do you think that there is sufficient supporting documentation for each of the Course Petitions according to general rules for supporting documentation? Why or why not?
