You and your team will be leaving for Japan in six months and will be living there for at least three years. What steps will you take before and after your departure to ensure that the transition goes smoothly for you, your task force members, and their families?
  4. You have just been named to head a task force that is to decide how your company will move into foreign markets. The task force is made up of individuals from several cultures. How will you manage this multi-cultural team to make it as effective as possible?
