2. Think about a social identity you hold (e.g., you identify as a man, you identify as a person with a disability, you identify as gender nonconforming, you identify as a religious minority, etc.). How are people in your ingroup portrayed in mass media? What are the implications—positive, negative or neutral—of these portrayals?
