actual proxy statement sent to shareholders discussing the potential
Board of Directors (Look for DEF 14A “Other definitive proxy statements “
filed 2016-04-26). Discuss the
separation between management and ownership. Your answer should include a
discussion of potential conflicts of interest these Board members have in
overseeing the current management team.
