Reflection Paper Assignment

According to The International Institute of Restorative Practices
(IIRP) the a reflection paper allows for you to add your thoughts and
analysis to what you have read and experienced and illustrate your
understanding of the material and how it affects your ideas and possible
practice in future. The IIRP suggests in writing you should:

• Begin by jotting down some of the reading material and class
  experiences that stand out in your mind. Decide why they stand out to
  you.
• Use the first person singular (“I”), relate the readings and classes to your previous knowledge and experience.
• Consider if and how what you have read and learned changes your
  thinking and might affect your practice in both personal and
  professional situations.
• Review the readings and class notes to be sure you’ve included all
  the relevant information you can and made all the connections you can.
• If necessary, include in-text references and a reference page for any materials you cite using APA citation formatting.

In this paper you will reflecting upon how a half-semester of
economics has better helped you to understand yourself and the
information you are acquiring. Write three (3) individual reflections
in sections using the following headings:

1. How the Economic Way of Thinking has helped me to think about concepts and principles in my chosen program of study

2. How the concepts and principles in my chosen program of study has
   helped me to understand the Economic Way of Thinking and economic
   principles

3. How the Economic Way of Thinking has or will likely help me be a better choice maker

The IIRP suggestions above can be used as a way to approach you reflection/analysis in each required area.
