GET A PROFESSIONAL PAPER DONE BY AN EXPERT

LDRS 420: Leading ChangeIndividual “Adaptability to Change” Reflection PaperWhat do I write about? In this paper, students examine the question: What have you learned about yourself and leading change in this course and how will you apply what you have learned as you go forward in life? Reflect on your leadership style, your passions, your values, your faith and your adaptability to change, using the Calarco and Gurvis (2006) text and your Birkman Report insights as a guide. Second, using Cartwright (2009), identify the areas you need to develop further as a leader. Devise a personal change plan for developing and promoting your own adaptability to change as an emerging leader capable of leading change. While the above texts are a guide, the student will be required to incorporate all other applicable content learned up to this point in the course. The student must clearly reference and cite ideas and text from the literature using the APA style for in-text-citations.Calarco, A.& Gurvis, J. (2006). Adaptability: Responding Effectively to Change.Greensboro: CCL Press.Cartwright, T. (2009). Changing yourself and your reputation. Greensboro: CCL Press.I recommend you focus on the CCL booklets, your Birkman scores and the section on Resistance and Resiliency in this week’s readings and PPT. Certainly you can allude to the change theorists as applicable to your insights, but you will have ample opportunity to do so in your final paper. How should my paper be formatted?Your reflection paper should be 5 – 7 pages, double-spaced, use the APA style for citations, and should include any references that you use. Use the MS Word template titled “APA_Essay_Template.docx” located under the Writing & APA resources link. How do I submit my paper?Save your file in the Microsoft Word format.
