There is no one right answer. However, your response should include rationale for each decision point.*The ScenarioYou are the head of the global sales team. All sales representatives work virtually from their home offices in different countries across time zones. The team consists of 25 people in the U.S.A, Canada, Mexico, Singapore, England, Australia, Indonesia, Brazil, and Kenya. All speak some English, but not all are proficient, based on your experience with communications with the team.*The Needs AnalysisA company analysis of top-selling fidgets and the highest-grossing sales by representative shows that the representatives who understand the many different features of the fidgets sell more units.The analysis clearly indicates that there is a need for some sales representatives to better understand the features of each fidget.*Your Preliminary ThoughtsYour own analysis of working with your team is that training is needed to review the features of new products as they launch. You also have found that connecting with sales representatives across time zones and languages has been challenging. There is no one good time to meet, especially because sales representatives are all part-time with no set working hours. There are also internet connectivity issues that make live virtual events sometimes difficult. However, you do find that the team often has many questions they want to discuss live. They are less likely to send their questions over email. They work on commission, and are, therefore, quite motivated to find ways to sell more products._______________________________________________________________________________________________Discussion #2:Initial PostAfter reading our materials this week, reflect on your own experience as both a training participant and as a facilitator by:-Discussing 3-5 facilitation practices that you find particularly valuable as a learner.-Evaluating your own current skills with facilitation, whether for training or meetings.
