ORDER YOUR PAPER AND GET QUALITY FOR YOUR MONEY

This assignment is just the abstract and outline. Does not have to meet the word requirement of 1300 words. I have attached an example (xxxx_Unit3_CasePart1.pdf (2).pdf) of what it should look like. Below are the instuctions along with the list of companies to choose from. Just the abstract, headings, subheadings, and future references, like the example. I would prefer to use Callaway Golf as the company. I have attached the completed project (not what is due the week) for reference (GB_519_Unit4_CasePart2.docx.pdf). This is not my work but you can use it for reference for abstract, headings, subheadings, and references if you like. Would make next weeks project much easier.APA template for the assignment is also attached to show outline and easiness.Instructions:Part 1 of the case, due in Unit 3, includes four elements: (1) creating the title page, (2) the abstract, (3) the APA-formatted Level 1 headings and Level 2 subheadings, and (4) a properly formatted preliminary reference list for a formal analysis paper. (Part 2 will be completed in Unit 4, and Part 3 will be completed in Unit 5.)The case project spans Unit 3, Unit 4, and Unit 5. For the case project, you are to conduct research and complete an analysis of a manufacturing company. A list of 30 manufacturing organizations has been compiled from which you are to choose your organization for analysis.Your project organization must be selected from the approved case company list located at the end of this document.Only the title page, abstract, properly APA-formatted headings and subheadings for the final analysis paper and preliminary reference list are due in Unit 3.art 1 of the case, due in Unit 3, includes creating the title page, abstract, Level 1 APA headings and Level 2APA subheadings, and preliminary reference list for a formal analysis paper.A properly formatted title page with running head and abstract is required.Do not include a table of contents.Do not repeat or copy the assignment question narratives. You may use abbreviated versions of the questions as headings and subheadings. Anything that artificially increases the length of the paper but does not add value to the analysis will result in a reduced score.1) Select a company that interests you from the 30 listed below.2) Go to Yahoo!® Finance and select the stock ticker symbol and gather information.3) Go to the company’s corporate website and select the “Investor Relations” or “Financial Statement” link.4) Conduct other web-based research about your company.Co. # Co. Identify its manufacturing segment. Detail briefly the products manufactured by your organization and the company’s market niche and/or customer base.Identify significant costs in your organization. Some of the topics to research and present about your organization include but are not limited to: (a) costs associated with environmental concerns, (b) cost behavior, (c) prevention costs, (d) appraisal (detection) costs, (e) internal failure costs, and (f) external failure costs.Include a section devoted to cost-volume-profit analysis (CVP). Review Chapters 18 and 19 in your textbook. The level of detail you include in this section is flexible. But, make sure your analysis is related to actual financial data from the company. Suggested metrics include the contribution margin, degree of operating leverage (DOL), break-even point, and others. Remember, it is vital that you determine whether or not you will have access to this information before you start the project. Otherwise, you may not have time to change organizations later during the course.Discuss budgeting considerations. Include the organization’s budget process (for example, whether it is top-down or bottom-up) and the organization’s budget variances, and discuss management decisions related to budgeting.Based on independent research and additional textbook readings, create a balanced scorecard (BSC), incorporating all four of the organizational dimensions (financial, customer, internal business, and learning & growth). Identify two or three strategic objectives (SOs), also known as critical success factors (CSFs), for each category/perspective. Then, evaluate and analyze your organization’s performance in relation to these critical success factors. (To help you with this part, review the material found on pages 14-17 and 24-17 to 24-19 of the textbook.) Do not simply cut and paste a BSC collected from an online source. Create your own BSC.Discuss corporate sustainability and responsibility.a) Identify the concepts of corporate sustainability.b) Identify the topics related to corporate responsibility.c) Discuss how your organization implements the concepts of corporate sustainability and responsibility.d) Discuss how your organization could further benefit from additional attention to sustainability and responsibility.Analyze potential biases in the organization’s decision-making processes.a) Evaluate the role of heuristics in managerial decision-making within your organization.b) Evaluate how heuristics may bias your organization’s management decision-making.Finally, end with a summary review. (A formal “Conclusion” heading and section is required.) Use subheadings to discuss key strengths and weaknesses of the organization and describe recommendations to be made to the current organizational strategy.
