Throughout this course, we have been following the two stories shared in the text Stories of Transformative Leadership in the Human Services which challenges students to develop insight, strategies, and leadership skills to work in and across the different quadrants identified in the Competing Values Framework. Referring to these stories, online discussion, course readings, and class activities, provide a 5-page reflection, to include:

1. Well developed and easily understood discussion on CVF and its relevance to social work practice.
2. A critical assessment of the organization in Part I of the Stories of Transformative Leadership in Human Services based on what you have learned about leadership and leadership styles, supervision practices, organizational culture and organizational structure throughout this course (supported by sources from the readings and course materials).
3. Recommendations (supported by sources from the readings and course materials) and logical predictions for how this organization should move forward.
4. The paper should be written in APA format and must include:
   1. Title page with Running head and page numbers
   2. Third person writing
   3. Section headings throughout the paper to help keep the paper organized
   4. In-text citations that connect with all references listed on the reference page
   5. APA formatted reference page

You will first submit a draft of your paper to the group discussion board for your groupmates to review and provide feedback. A draft of your paper should be submitted to the group discussion board no later than Saturday in Week 6. Groupmates should provide a response and feedback on at least one (1) other groupmates’ paper no later than Tuesday at the end of Week 6. Please be sure everyone has a response and feedback – if you find that someone has already posted a response to a groupmate, choose a groupmate with no response to post feedback to.

After you received feedback from a groupmate, please consider this feedback and make any changes to the paper you feel is necessary. The final, revised paper should be submitted to the assignment link for grading no later than Tuesday at 11:59 pm at the end of Week 7.
